The lactic acid is a chemical compound that is part of the group of carboxylic acids. This can happen because your body, due to different circumstances such as not being completely fit, is not prepared to eliminate the aforementioned acid and what it does instead is accumulate it.
What this situation is going to bring with it are two very clear situations: the aforementioned individual will feel lacking in energy and, in addition, he will feel very fatigued.
